How to cook me!

It's Simple. Take a selection of your favourite fish (or even easier, buy a fresh fish pie mix), about 320g for 4 people. Pour over the sauce and top with mash potato (about 400g) and bake until piping hot...easy as pie!

Hollandaise Sauce

A deliciously smooth, buttery lemon sauce perfect with salmon. Also great with asparagus.

How to cook me!

It's Simple. For best results empty contents into a saucepan. Heat gently, stirring continuously until warm. Do not boil. To microwave, empty into a microwaveable container and heat.
